The Sangre de Cristo National Heritage Area (SdCNHA) was formed through legislation that will preserve and promote the cultural, historical, and recreational resources of the area of three Counties in the San Luis Valley.

SdCNHA Administrative Assistant 

Description of duties:

Administrative Assistant will be expected to accomplish the following duties: 10-15 hours weekly

  • Administrative duties including filing, record retention, and organization
  • Assist Executive Director
  • Assist Grants & Projects Coordinator
  • Assist Marketing & Outreach Coordinator
  • Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, events, and signature projects
  • Assist in fundraising efforts
  • File audits
  • Process payments

Knowledge of:
• Computer hardware, software, common applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
